OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved through informal discussion will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.
The arbitration will take place in Travis County, Texas, or another mutually agreeable location, or by remote means. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If for any reason an action proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Pathway Sciences LLC waive any right to a jury trial.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pathway Sciences LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
